My Story

What Happened To Me Is Happening to People Everywhere (2023-2027):
During the 2008/2009 Financial Crisis, like many others I was impacted by the market and took a hit personally on multiple homes and had to do a short sale.  There was no education at the time about exactly how to do this, what to say, what the process was and how to get clear of a deficiency judgement after the fact.  Not only did my peers in real estate judge me for having to do this in a distressed situation, I felt lost, deflated and alone.  

What I learned:
I learned who to trust, what I wish someone had sent me during the process, how to negotiate with banks, agents, buyers, sellers and most of all how to come out the other side with my head held high. I vowed that when it was over I would create a system that could be duplicated that would help homeowners everywhere so they didn't have to go through what I did.  I started using the system, constantly tweaking it every month for years.  In 2023 I began using Chat GPT to automate most of the labor intensive work that was required to get to the point of being able to reach out to people.(i.e. find the right people who need help now).  

The System:
This is a real tested and working system that I use today to list 1-3 new homes every month.  A system that brings 1-3 calls for every 130 pieces of outreach that go out.  You can't help everyone, but you can try.  This is a system born from my own struggle and I am super passionate about it and the money it brings is 100x what I spend to do it.
